Still feeling blah about not moving the scale. It's hard casue I'm packing and getting ready to move a tthe end of the month. I don't want that to be an excuse. I need to get the weight down not matter what the situation. I don't want to get down about the scale not moving but it went up, not a lot but still up. When I do get upset about it I relapse which is what I don't want to do. I think I won't weigh myself again till Monday.

Going to meet friends for lunch Sat. I know I might indulge a bit so I know Ihave to workout more. Hoping to get in more time tomorrow, Friday and throughout the weekend. Trying to move around more at work too. I have pledged to start doing pushups in the am and pm, at least 10. Started tonight. It's a quick and easy way to get some kind of excersise in. Any other quick excersises I can do before work, bed?

I seem to stay semi on track during the weekdays. But the weekend comes and bam! All types of good, yummy food I shouldn't be eating are set in my path. I have to get more excersise in on the weekends also.I did go down some so that's a plus. But I know I can get to losing 2lbs a week if I try harder. Thinking of getting the walking fit game for my DS. Anyone have it? Yay/Nay?
