Boy, I have not had a good weight loss in quite some time. I suppose the reason could be that I am not concentrating on the program nor am I writing down what I am eating. Need to get back on track. This is getting so hard. I so much do not want to slip back into my old habits of eating but they sure are lurking around the corner, licking their chops, just waiting for me to come running back!
I really need to exercise but can't find the motivation to do that, either. The weather here has not been the best; rainshowers and storms everyday. I sure hope August brings a change!

Weigh in tomorrow. Wonder how bad it will be???? Am trying so-o-o hard to get back on track. It's amazing how easy it is to fall back into bad habits!! If only good habits were that easy!

Hi, All
Have been away (again!) since 6/11. Have one more big trip coming up and then will be home for the next 5 months or so. Traveling has been hard on my wt loss. I haven't gained but haven't lost. It's so hard when eating out alot. Vacationing with friends who are skinny-minnies was tough, too. I hope in the next 5 months I can lose the rest of my wt and reach goal.
On an up side, we purchased a Wii and have been up off the couch and playing games. It's really alot of fun and has to be better than watching TV!
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the summer.

A loss is a loss no matter how little. I was pleasantly surprised as I had not been to a meeting since 4/29 and have been traveling since then. Hopefully will lose more next week!! Maybe I can zip my mouth shut!
