Feeling really, REALLY frustrated! Nothing in this situation is going right. I've gained 30 of the original 63 that I lost in 2018-20, the stress level is insane with all the family stuff, and despite really, REALLY sticking to plan, I'm losing less than .5 lbs/3-4 weeks! I know any loss is a win, and at my age, it's going to be much more difficult than it as been in the past....but it sure would be nice to see the scale move, even just a tiny bit!!!

Stress eating and cooking! Grrr! I need to find ways to manage this better. The more elaborate the recipe, the greater the challenge, the better it is for the stress! But that's not helping me get rid of the 30lbs I put on because of the stress!!
