Tried to make over medium eggs. Ended up with over hard but they still came out perfect for me. Not mad at it. I will get the hang of over medium though! Love a good custardy yolk.

Almost forgot to post my fitness summary for February. I did pretty good for the month. There were some days we did hour long sessions instead of 30 min sessions because of work but I made time for my health and I say that deserves a pat on the back. 🤗

Hi everyone,
I’m new here! 👋🏽
I’ve struggled with weight all my life but now after a baby (June 2019), a hypothyroidism diagnosis and a crap load of pandemic weight. I’m trying to lose weight in a healthy way.
Trying not to resort to old habits of an eating disorder I had in my teen-early 20s.
I’d really love support and accountability from likeminded people who are on the same journey. If you have to lose over 100 pounds like me then please follow and interact, we can do this together! 💪🏽
