So I bought African Mango.. a natural dietary supplement that's supposed to help aid in loosing weight, minimize the waistline and give you energy. Has anyone tried this before? Does it really work? And when is it best to take it?

Energy Level
So I eat well all day and I go to workout out after work which ends up being around 9pm when I start my excersise. I have the motivation when I get home, but I don't have the energy. My body just doesn't cooperate with me. Should I eat simple carbs right before I workout? I like my workouts to be intense and I need something to keep up with me. HELP PLEASE!!

How much carbs in a day?
I feel like I'm eating too many carbs. Can anyone tell me how many carbs I'm supposed to eat if I'm exercising, wanting to lose weight and gain some muscle?

How much Protein in a day
Ok so I guess I'm 107.5 lbs of lean muscle. I multiply 48.6 kilos with 2 and get 97.2 grams of protein. Is that right?
