A little tired but I am feeling great today!! I have been following my diet pretty well I did have a couple small slip ups. Munching on a few small sweet treats that is (bad girl) lol But I have not let that get me down. I just picked up where I left off... I am working on my portion sizes of my food and I feel I'm doing very well with that. I am getting plenty of water in to my body I could ALWAYS do better with that but I'm working on it. Got myself a cool water bottle with the brita filter thingy in it so that's pretty awesome. Other then that I'm watching my scale numbers decrease it may be weight it may be water weight...either way I love seeing the numbers go down! That is SUPER!! Well that is enough from me today I am currently at work trying my best to maintain..but then afterwards I'll be off to the grocery store and then home to put in my work out! See ya!! (happyfatgirl)
