Frustrated. But I'm the only one to blame. I feel like a broken record when I say this, but I can only move on and do better next week. Now when will I actually go through with it and stick to it?!

Been doing bad this week. Ive been craving really bad food. So not only have I been eating bad, but I also havent been taking my alli as i should because of it. Hoping I can regain better willpower this week.

Not much to write about. today marks 3 weeks on alli. there were two days last weekend i didnt take the pills and ate really bad :-(

Today marks my second week on alli. Not a huge weight loss but a loss none the less! Better than a gain! I need to start working out and I know I would see more results. Still think alli is great for the fact that it forces me to eat better. On a side note, started my lady friend today. Wondering if I would have seen a smaller number on the scale if I wasn't. We'll see next week.

My first week on alli went quite successful. i never had any nasty side effects that you hear about. I think if you follow the plan, it wont be a problem. The thing is, i dont even eat a lot of fat. but the pills MAKE me watch what i eat for fear if i eat bad, I will experience alli's sude effects. if i was just watching what i eat without the pills, i guarantee i would have slipped up by now and binged on something. So I'm a fan! I'm slowly getting back into the healthy eating habit, now I need to start getting back into the workout habit!
