I'm a 26 year old Mummy of 3 and I'm sick of being overweight!! I've always struggled with my weight but i've got stuck in a rut and want to be able to enjoy life and get slimmer and fitter for me and my children (and for my hubby)!! I'm not following a diet as such, just sticking to a low calorie healthier eating plan - let's hope I see some great results soon as I realistically need to loose in excess of 100lbs! Daunting I know but I'm determined and hopeful!
