Friday Yay! we made it. Weigh in tomorrow.
I have stuck to the diet this week, looking forward to seeing how much I've lost in my first week.
Going out tonight with one of Mr Rivett's friends, I have never actually met but chatted on Facebook. We are going out for a Cheeky Nando's, I always have the same thing in Nando's:
Avocado Salad and 1/4 Chicken Hot.
Looking forward to it :)

Usual 251 Calorie Egg McMuffin on our new Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker. The best buy ever:

just £29.99 tastes just like McDonalds but less calories.
Delicious less than a bowl of cereal and keeps me going until way after lunchtime.

Lovely Peppered Scottish Mackerel & Potato Salad from M&S for lunch 343 calories.
Very tasty and my portion of oily fish for the week.
Work is full on at the moment, so the day is flying by and I haven't even thought about food, which is a plus.
One of the girls in the office has brought in sweets from Jamaica, gummy sweets, but I am not going to be tempted as they are offering them round the office as I type.

Did really well yesterday kept to the NHS limits
Finding a protein breakfast helps keep hunger at bay. Threw myself into work yesterday so was able not to think about food :)
