I'm a stay at home Mom and have really taken an interest in working out and eating right over the past few years. I wish I would of started earlier in life but it's better late than never! I love working out at Curves 5 days a week and I actually work there part-time as well. I started running as a way to get out of the house at night and I finished my first half marathon last fall with a time of 2:12. I'm now hoping to keep up the running this year and do a full marathon in Las Vegas this December! It was such an amazing feeling completing the half and I can't wait to run a full one! This website has been great and keeping me on track with my eating and so far I've managed to bring my body fat % down 2 points to 18%. Now it's just a matter of maintaining but I love all the recipe ideas and feedback from other members!
