ok as much as this site is a motivation for me to get up off my fat ass and do something about it being so damn fat..... the one thing i hate about it is adding food to my food list...
its so long and tedious to do.. it takes me forever to find the food i'm looking for and then when i find it i'm not even sure if it's the right stuff...
it is helpful though when you do get it all packed in there and it tells you how many calories you've injested throughout the day and how many you've used up.. very useful little tool indeed!!!
but i'm an impatient girl and i hate how it takes forever to shed lbs that seemed to have piled on overnight!
this is going to be a long road.. a very long road... full of bumps and twists and turns and tears...
hopefully it's worth it!!!!!

So today was such a cheat day!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't workout.. mostly because I'm extremely sore from yesterday's workout.. and all I did was laze around with the boyfriend.. and to top it all off... i ate half a medium sized pizza all to my face and washed it down with a nice cold dr. pepper!!!
it was good but oh man... the GUILT i felt afterwards was unbearable!!! i wanted to go and purge myself of it all...
then i realize that that's called bulimia.. so i decided to just work my ass of tmow!!
crazy cardio coming right up!!!!!!!!!
good news is that ive already lost a whole pound!!!!!! woot woot!!! but i do promise to not let it get to my head!! lol gotta stay focussed...
and my whole rule about drinking 8 glasses of water a day... completely out the window.... but there is always tomorrow!! my goal for the rest of the week is to do some form of activity everyday and to drink the sufficient amount of water everyday!!
I'm glad i'm not on any specific diet.. because I know that I won't stick to it... I'd rather just stick to the few good choices that I know and LOVE like CHICKEN WRAPS! mmmmmmm!!!
ok now i'm craving it... BUT ITS TOOOOOO LATE TO EAT!!! i need sleep before i make my way down to the kitchen ;) (hopefully i'll make it through the night... damn my midnight snack habit!!)
