I forgot about my "Clean Up" challenge that starts today. The goal is to eat cleaner, including no artifical sweeteners....as I chew on a stick of Trident gum...:(

Ok, so I'm doing so okay, not too bad, but not too good either. I have kept with the not eating fast foods, I am cooking mostly all the time, and not fried foods. So that's a plus. I'm walking a bit more. I think maybe I need to do the detox again and then I need to incorporate the whole grain stuff instead of the enriched/whole wheat.

Well I'm back after a short hiatus. I had rotator cuff surgery so now I'm rearing to go. The upside is that I didn't gain any weight while just sitting around doing nothing. Here goes!
