Today is the last day of the first week for me eating healthier than I have been eating. This is a day by day process and I am trying to remember that. One day at a time one meal at a time. I will get through this weight loss through Christ who strengthens me. I am doing a program titled First Place 4 Health and I am building my relationship with God through my spirit in order to get me in order physically. I feel that once I let Him have the control I will fall into place because of my obedience to Him. I will remain strong through His word and my faith. I know that He will help me to lose this weight.
