My weight for a very long time was 160 so this result today does not reflect two days of cutting back. I think this is progress, but I will see how my weight is in a week.

Went to a Sunday School party last night. While I did eat a piece of chocolate cake, the rest of the day was on target. At the party I only ate the salad, green beans with almonds and chicken . . . no rice or bread. Would have been better to have not eaten the cake I know. I baked one of the cakes and there were left overs. Part put aside for my husband to enjoy and the rest frozen. I won't eat any of it by choice. And now on to today.

After the revelation of no more 12W slacks at Talbots, I knew it was time to get my eating and exercise under control. Started last Wednesday (October 22, 2008) with the 2 week start up for South Beach to get my eating under control. I really do best on a low calorie diet which is what I plan to do once I feel like my sugar cravings are tampered. So far so good.
