I'm glad the South Beach kick start is only two weeks. I do love eggs, but 14 mornings of eggs is getting to me. Only four more days until I will be able to have some oatmeal. I will be sitting a lot today since I need to pay bills and love to procrastinate. I'll make myself take a walk this afternoon.

Eating a larger breakfast this morning because I will be on my feet most of the day. Not sure what will be available for lunch.
Ya'll must think all I do is shop if you look at my activities. But actually I was at the International Quilt Festival today. So I did spent 5 hours on my feet, walking. I am tired, but was a fun day.

My scales had to be set wrong when I weighed 150. First that was too much of a loss and second I have weighed 155 since. I should always check the scales when I weigh!!!

Did better on my calories yesterday, but still need to eat 1200. I love being able to record exercise. Although I need to walk, it is comforting to know that even the mundane things I do burn calories.

Not enough calories yesterday. Need to eat 1200. Boosting on South Beach has stopped my cravings which is good. But I find I am really not hungry so I am skipping the between meal snacks that I need to eat to reach the 1200 calories. It will be hard to do today since I am just eating breakfast at 10 a.m.
