Yesterday
Forgot to record an entry yesterday. Yesterday I got in my 25min scheduled Biggest Loser work out, but not much else. I did work in the warehouse at work instead of up front, so my job consisted of lifting boxes all day for 6½hrs, so I would consider that part of my work out.

Sleep
Bed last night: 12:30am (I think?)
Wake: 8:00am
Sleep Quality: OK
Feeling upon awakening: Slightly Tired
Feeling through out day: Been feeling OK today. Not too tired. Been snacking lightly on some trail mix I got from my talk to Target on lunch. Not sure I feel so much hungry as thirsty, but my water bottle ran out. I might start bringing 2 and keep 1 as a back-up in the fridge for after lunch.

Today
Did a 12min yoga work out and my 25min scheduled Biggest Loser work out. I switched my muscle focus to all body for my scheduled work outs to get more of a variety. I already feel like the game is getting boring and repeating itself too much. I need more of a variety and a challenge. (Although the work outs do seem to feel much harder now that I upped the length to 20 mins.)

Hoping to get in a 30min bike ride with hubby tonight after dinner then hit the hay early. Going to be a LATE night tomorrow at the Eye Empire concert. I'm so excited!

There's also two places offerin week memberships around here. 1 for kickboxing and another for a week free gym membership right across from work. Hoping to sign up for them once my dad and Eric's family leave so I can make the most of the free trials.

Spent yesterday updating my vegan blog (rockinvegan.blogspot.com) and must've forgot to update my journal here.

Yesterday
Got up early to make my dad a nice breakfast before he headed back to my uncles. Didn't get in my morning yoga, but according to The Biggest Loser game it was supposed to be my day of rest, so I didn't use it, but I did get in a 48 min bike ride with hubby after work.

Sleep
Bed last night: 1:15am
Wake: 9:00am
Sleep Quality: OK
Feeling upon awakening: Tired
Feeling through out day: I was doing OK until lunch time (2:30pm) and I got really stressed out driving home to let the dogs out. Once I got back to work I feel weak and woozy and deicded to sit instead of stand. Still not feeling the greatest now at 4:30pm. I think I have been fighting off a sickness for the last 4 days.


Today
I got in my 12 mins of Yoga this morning but nothing else due to getting up so late. I have a Biggest Loser Workout to do when I get home and would like to take a walk or bike ride with hubby after grocery shopping and dinner. Hoping I can find time for it all.

Yesterday
The only exercise I got in was my morning Yoga and quick work out. I am kind of disappointed in myself lately with getting in good solid workouts.

Sleep
Bed last night: 3:00am. I was up cleaning until then because my Dad surprised me with a visit and I didn't want him to see my house a mess, and I spent the rest of the day before work grocery shopping.
Wake: 9:30am
Sleep Quality: Poor. Woke up a few times in the morning and then had to get up early.
Feeling upon awakening: Quite tired.


Today
Today was a hard day. It took me a lot to get out of bed due to lack of sleep. I got up, did 24 minutes of Yoga and my Biggest Loser Challenge, so about 30 minutes of work out in total. Once my Dad got here we also walk into town twice today and walked 3.6 miles at a moderate pace. Not sure I'll be able to get much more in tomorrow. I have to complete another 30min bike ride for this week and all my sit up challenge tomorrow, Sat, and Sunday.

Feeling like crap now. Super exhausted and heading to bed in a few minutes. Hoping to get up early tomorrow (7am) to get in my workouts. Goodnight!
