I think I have been over weight since I was about...13. I had my son when I was one week into 17 and have been way to big ever since. I have had another baby and I would like to have at least one more baby, but I don't want to do it with all this weight I have now. I broke the 300lb line the other day and I just can't be like this anymore. I am not following the Slim-fast thing, but it is the only thing I could think that I am doing. I am keeping a journal and trying to limit my calories. I am also working out with a friend every day for an hour, maybe more one day soon!(I am up to 1 1/2 hours!) I don't expect to be my ideal weight cause I am not built to be 170. I just wanna feel like I blend in and can buy clothes off the rack without a ton of fuss. The picture on my profile is my daughter. My kids are my biggest motivation, I want them to have a mommy who can teach them to be healthy and make them proud one day.
