This is not a good change !!!
1st let me start by saying I am currently a paying Weight Watchers member...I joined 2 years ago and WAS doing very well. I had lost a total of 131 lbs and had gone from a size 60 to a size 46, but lost my focus due to the hassle of constantly trying to calculate points. Yes I have the use of e-tools but I am a truck driver so I do not always have access to a computer and by the time I did get to one, I may have forgotten some of what had eaten. Now that I have gained so much of the weight back, I figured I needed to get back on program, so when I found the calorie counter app on my phone that not only allowed me to put my foods in my phone and did the calculation for me...but also let me barcode scan foods so I didn't have to calculate anything, man...it was the best thing since the wheel and sliced bread. I have read all the post (page 1 thru 7)...I can see all the pros & cons from both sides of the fence but I feel some of your comments towards the members here (especially towards k8yk) have been over the top. Yes I will TRULY miss the ease & CONVENIENCE of how FS program worked and of not having to manually calculate my points BUT I have to lose this weight again BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY so if that means pen & paper, my WW slide or WW calculator...that’s life.
