Chicas y Chicos, recomiendo 100% hacer Boxeo como ejercicio principal para perder peso y tonificar, junto a una dieta balanceada comiendo 6 veces al día, tendrán resultados en 3 a 6 meses. Más si lo juntas con pesas dos veces por semana. A mi por lo menos me dio excelentes resultados.....Saludos.....
