I'm really confused about why I'm losing weight. I haven't been eating well. I ate McDonalds again last night. Work is getting busy and I'm being lazy.

Maybe my body just needed a reset or something. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted until a few years ago.

I'm not complaining. I'm just....confused.

I haven't been tracking here *again*

My perimenopause has been kicking my butt. I had the first period Ive had in almost 5 years and it as a doozy. My night sweats have returned with a vengeance.

I haven't gained through the last two weeks and have only lost a little, but I don't mind. As long as I'm not gaining I'm happy. I even went to the Chinese buffet and McDonalds!

Haven't lost any more weight the last few days. Been dealing with constipation again, as well as recovering from being sick. I haven't been up to exercising at all. Getting there though.

I swear I cannot escape the kindergarten plague.

I've been sick over and over again since my daughter started school. She's like a little carrier pigeon for anything that's going around. Night before last I had a 102 fever and I "baked it out" as I call it by not taking any fever reducers and piling blankets on myself while closely monitoring how high it got. It broke at about midnight finally. I still feel like crap, but at least I'm not dealing with skin crawlies and uncontrollable shivering.

I've been eating okay-ish. Definitely not my best, but staying within calorie range and not overindulging. Pretty easy to do when you don't even want to get out of bed.

I've officially lost 20 lbs since I started this journey at the end of December. 20 lbs in 1.5ish months is pretty good I think.
