5/12/11 Induction completed. 148.2 lb, 41.2%BF. Traveling for 11 days but stayed on induction and it paid off. It was good to be away from a scale for a while and see a nice loss in the end vs the ups and downs of daily fluctuations. Re-discovered Atkins bars--I had gotten away from them because I felt they were too processed and I didn't want to get dependent on them. But I can't eat eggs and that doesn't leave a lot for breakfast. Also, since I travel and am in meetings where the only food is often bagels, they help a lot. Oh yes--the peanut butter cups--OMG. Now THOSE are a treat to be reserved for a rare reward!

5/2/11 3 days to go on 2 week induction. Have no idea what I weigh which is probably good. I have been sticking to induction religiously so feel I'll be a couple of lbs down when I get home next Wed and weigh in Thursday morning. Hope everyone is doing well on the induction challenge.

4/30/11 150.2 lb, 41.2%BF, 1st week of induction completed!!! One week to go. Heading off for an 11 day trip and will not be able to weigh myself until I return--may be a good thing even though it will not allow me to weigh in the last day of the Induction Challange. I'll still journal about my progress on sticking to my program. Hope to weigh in when I return with a significant loss---this is probably a good thing since loss has been so rapid in the first week, bound to slow down in the second--this way I won't get discouraged.

4/29/11 151 lb, 41.5% BF. 6 days out of 14 induction done! This stage is fun--with rapid weight loss. No doubt it will slow down and I will need to be patient but for now it's fun.
