7/5/10 Crazy amount of exercise yesterday (>25k steps!). Did a morning walk along the river and then at night, walked back from dinner and to firework display--before you knew it I had walked 10 miles. I guess that equates to a one lb weight loss :)

7/4/10 No wine for 3 weeks. Should be much easier to lose weight on Atkins now--just restarted 3 days ago.

5/23 149.2. got my fitbit yesterday-very cool! Tiny sensor you wear all day-tracks steps, calories, miles and automatically downloads an every 5 min summary. Wear it at night and it tracks your sleep quality. Love it.. fitbit.com
