WOO HOO 3 lbs!! I didn't think I was going to lose any after the Hurricane! I am blessed to be safe and sound but still with no power. I am in my office in Downtown Houston and this place was probably safer then my home. Hell they had power all through the storm. But again I am blessed to have come out of this with my family and friends.

Well I started to jog now and I'm up to 2 miles. But my legs hurt and hubby said i need to do something different in order for my legs to stop hurting. So I'm going to do some strength training tonight. I've done it and I don't mind it. But I'm noticing that my clothes look different now even if I haven't lost much. I'm setting myself a goal of losing 5 lbs by the end of the month. I'm going to be realistic here. I'm taking in a bit more calories but noticing that I am losing a little bit more.

Well PHEW I fell off the bandwagon yesterday. But I learned to portion control my food during lunch. We went out to lunch yesterday and I ate things I know I shouldn't of. But like I said I learned to control my portions and left plenty of it on my plate. So thats good and didn't eat much dinner yesterday. I dont even want to record what i ate because it will make me go on starvation mode. But nonetheless I am still at a resonable weight. On the plus side I tried out some of my "fluffy" size jeans that I love LOVE to wear and they are WAY to big for me. Guess I'm not losing pounds but instead I'm losing inches. Which is good too. I'm going to keep on trekking.
