I️ know things will be moving slowly for me, as right now I’m working two jobs as much as possible, and I’m doing my Yoga Teacher Training, which is basically being in school again! Lots of homework. I️ have a lot less time to work out. I’m hoping when I’m done with my Yoga TT in a few months, and I can begin to exercise more regularly, I’ll slim down quicker. Hopefully I️ can keep up with this app and track my food until then. I’ve always eaten fairly healthy for the most part, but overeating is my weakness. So far I’ve eaten just the amount I’ve needed and it’s already helping!

Thursday is my one and only day during the week I️ don’t have to work in the morning! So I️ decided to treat myself to a big breakfast. It’s nice to actually sit down and eat with the sun up. I promise to do a little at home workout later :)
