On my way for a working weekend away! This is going to be a good time to see how well this app is working... and if I can be disciplined enough!!!!

2.2kg down! Yay!! This wasn’t that bad! Now for the next week! It will be a bit challenging but I can do it! Have a goo day!

So today was the first day I was over my “allowed” calorie intake!! I am actually not too upset ... as a I was good the whole week! I also know why I went over ... I actually forgot to eat - yes That happened today! That NEVER happens!! Hehe!! But saying that I was not prepared and by later afternoon Inwas soo hungry and there was no healthy options available so I gave in a little!
So lesson learned today - ALWAYS be prepared! Plan Plan Plan!

Quick Question :
What percentages carbs, fats, Protein should be eaten daily ; which is considered healthy .
I just want to make sure I eat healthy meals every time !
