Mini Challenge #2
"What has helped you avoid mindless munching?"
I find that happens to me alot at night. Force of habit I guess. So I always have cut up veggies in the fridge. Controls my urge to grab something that is not good for me.
"What have you learned from reading food lables?"
I work with food so this is an easy one. There is soooo much "crap" in food it is rediculous. We make burritos for example for a company called "Whole Foods" if anyone hasn't heard of it, they are a company that makes all natural food (ie) No preservatives, additivesa and such. Any way in these burritos there are 1500g of sodium and 8g of saturated fat in one burrito. They are classified as two servings and that means even if you ate half you would still be eating 750g of sodium and 4 grams of saturated fat. That is just amazing to me.

"AROUND THE WORLD" (in 42 Days)
Sunday- Walked for 45 minutes with daughter after our big dinner. Nothing too bad except a bite or two of pots.
Monday-Cleaned for 1 hour. Spring cleaning....my favorite time of year lol. Just got back from a 30 minute walk.
GO ADVENTURERS!!!!

My health goal for this challenge will be to get off that darn couch and do SOMETHING! My plan is to start walking more that the weather is getting warmer. I also am going to encourage my daughter to work out with me. She seems to enjoy anything we do together so having my little work out buddy will be fun. Also, I am swearing off chocolate. Now that easter will be over I will have no excuses. Wish me luck and good luck to all. GO ADVENTURERS!!!!
