20 min mini-trampoline & 3-pound handweights today and yesterday. For food I had oven-roasted chicken breast from Subway, 1/2 at 11:30 and 1/2 at 2:30, had some snacks later, will go soon to have something for dinner, don't know what. August was a real falling-off-the-wagon month for me, hopefully I can get it together again this month. Pretty good start so far.

Did my mini-trampoline for 20 min. have had 1/2 an oven-roasted chicken breast for lunch, 1/2 for dinner. This was from Subway, but I forgot to have them scoop out the bread.
