21 days to lose 7 pounds, meaning 1200- calorie deficit per day.
Feeling desperate because school is coming, if I can survive this 21 days, then I can beat almost anything~

my waist got small, so did my butt a bit, kinda glad about that but my thighs and calves are still feeling pretty big , especially in the jeans im wearing today, I feel so.. big
So I gained 5lb, but it is because of muscle gain/water retention because of how I keep breaking my muscle, just taking sometime to let things settled down since I just started

I fainted during my first day of martial arts class, going to kick up my calorie intake to 1200-1400, for safety

been overeating for a bit, feel like I cant control my appetite, its starting to settle down but still. I got this 21 more days left!

Going to take up exercising and dieting now, less than a month left before school start and I have 5 pounds to lose!
