WOOHOO SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT NUMBER DROPPING! NOT A WHOLE LOT TO REPORT OTHER THAN JUST BEING SUPER EXCITED. MY FIRST GOAL IS REALLY 225 SO I CAN SEE IF I CAN FIX MY BACK! I'M GETTING THERE...I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN!

Slept in today...then my room got too bright. Gonna probably get some housework done today...at least that burns calories lol Though, from sleeping in a haven't ate at all...

Homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner, may not be the most low calorie meal ever but pretty tasty :) Still gotta work out a meal plan with hubby which should make tracking food easier.

No sleep for me last night, fell asleep late and then up super early for hubby to go to work then the kids woke up before I could get back to sleep. So tired today, maybe the kids will let me just chill and have a lazy day...It would be nice if I could sleep in on the days I don't put them on the bus. On a positive, note hubby and I applied for life insurance :) Our new landlord happens to also sell life insurance. I should have got it years ago seeing as my oldest is almost 7 now but better late than never!
He also gave me permission to do whatever I want to the back yard so I can level it out (previous tenant screwed it up big time). It will be a nice project in warmer weather :D

I'm not 100% sure how exactly how I want to go about eating...whether I just want to count calories or carbs or both.... I did Atkins before when I first joined fatsecret but I it was hard to keep my will with so many restrictions. I am aware I need to be disciplined to succeed but I just want to feel like I am allowed to eat and still be healthy. Things with my health are different now too, like not having a gallbladder affects me being able to eat fat which is kinda a big part of Atkins...Also, I'm very mildly allergic to wheat so I try to eat gluten free when I have noodles for like spaghetti. But all noodles are high in carbs if they are gluten free. I really don't know what to do with myself some days. I try to avoid breads most of the time, it doesn't really do much to me but my allergy test is what said I'm allergic... But if I eat potatoes or something that's high in carbs. UGH I can't win no matter what I do, I want to feel like I am allowed to eat foods I like, not deprived of everything with flavor... It took a lot for me to give up soda but I know that is not the only thing I need to do to be healthy...
