I am Paul. I am 41 yrs old and I have to lose weight. I used to be both a heavy drinker and a pack and a half a day smoker. Somehow I was able to stumble into sobriety and smoking cesation.... Wieght loss isn't really happening like that. sooooo. I have to change the way I eat and I also have to become more active. 😏😎
