Me In A Nutshell: Archaeologist, daydreamer, and wanna-be adventurer.
My Plan: Counting calories. Going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Doing all that is expected of me to stay healthy while being a bariatric patient.
My Health: Before having bariatric surgery in 2014 I lost 60lbs, since then I have lost an additional 79lbs. My main goal is to get to 149lbs, which would put me in the normal range for my BMI.
I hope to reach my final goal by my wedding in October 2016.
