Discovered some new things... which is always great, just when I thought that I knew everything about dieting and having a healthy lifestyle!

I was feeling very tired and sleepy, moody, exhausted and fatigued lately... with the gain of nearly 15lbs in 3 months and barely ever going to gym and eating uncontrolled portions of healthy & unhealthy food, no wonder!

So, my boyfriend took me to a "special" place to surprise me... we ended up at the library - about a week ago... he led me to the section to pick some books about Metabolism and Health advice for women. Wow! what a great person I have in my life - he really cares about me.
That really was a special place and will help me throughout my life.

I already finished reading one book, I am now reading a second one, 1/4 of the book I've read so far and I am very motivated, as much as I was in May when I decided to take on a challenge and lost all the weight... (that I piled back on, but not entirely).

The big workout is a 12 week challenge, I haven't finished the book yet so I don't know the details, but, whatever it is, people that are old over 40-50-60 and + have succeeded and look amazing, even on pictures 5-6 years later they remained in a good shape.
Well if they did it, and I did it before, I can do it AGAIN and get as close as possible to those 130-135lbs!!!

I just visited a website and decided to make a few calculations and see where I am standing at right now and where I need to be at in order to be healthy and feel good physically and mentally.

Here are some numbers as of today:

Weight @ 143lbs (about 10lbs extra!!!)
BMI @ 23.08 (Normal = 18.5-24.9)- hanging in there... not good enough!
Body Fat @ 32.08% (32+ = Obese) Now this is shocking!!! Really BAD!
Basically, 46lbs of my entire body weight is body fat... Disgusting!

In order to lose the bad body fat and any body mass I have made a few calculations and my IDEAL weight would be anywhere from 130-135lbs.
I can't believe that I was around those numbers just a few months back and now I am considered as Obese based on the body fat calculations and have to lose again about 10lbs...

What have I done to myself? ... How could I be so careless and let my body become this fat again? Life does bring those thing to us and sometimes we decide to become weak and lazy and lose motivation and willpower and we let ourselves go down... down the bad road... but now I am saying STOP! I have to be SELFISH, think of myself, my body, health and what I put into my mouth... utilize all the good tricks that I've read in the book and make my life a better one!

I was in the GYM today, it feels so good to say that, feels even better after the workout, I am much more energized, happier and smiling, I have no need to eat constantly as I know how long it took me to burn just those few calories and how easy it's to pile them up by snacking.

I worked out for about 2.5 hrs and burned 270kcal just in cardio itself. I know my abs will hurt as well as my legs, but that pain is the pain of an accomplishment (for now just a workout accomplishment, but a way to start going towards success!).

New week brings on new challenges, I am dedicated to workout every single day, whether it's at home or at the gym, I will do the minimum of 30min of daily workout.
