Well, as I have mentioned before I am doing a 12 week challenge, this is my week 11 and since the start I have been able to lose the 10 lbs that I have put on... but on top of that I have built some amazing muscle and have a very nice tummy that I love. I am really going to have a six pack, not sure yet when, but very soon, I can see the lines and I can feel it when I touch my tummy. That's the result of the challenge, the most extreme thing that I have ever done and the best results so far! I am truly happy :))

Well I started a 12 week challenge and today is day 1 of week 8. I see amazing results and loss of inches on important areas and also weight loss! I will have amazing abs by the end and this time I am shooting for the stars (six pack baby)! I will make this happen. I have never been more motivated and this is week 8 but my motivation and will power keep going up!
