Today was the final day of my 12 weeks challenge and for the first time in my life I weigh this low!!! I have surpassed my goal of 130 lbs and when weighing myself in this morning the scale showed a beautiful 129lbs!!! What a great reward for all my hard work, consistency and amazing motivation! I will start a new 12 weeks challenge from tomorrow on. Today I had some fast-food and ice-cream and I know that in the next months this is all out of my diet, just like it was in the past 12 weeks. I can do this and I will do it. I have proven this to myself.

Hopefully I will achieve the six-pack as that is my goal this time and if this starts going well I might be looking into something more... modeling, bodybuilding and similar things. I have no intentions of stopping it's just the beginning!!!
