Finally dropped all that sodium bloating weight. I don't cook with a lot of salt but going out to eat makes things tricky. So happy to finally see dropping numbers!

Still recovering from Sushi Dinner and strained muscle. Today was the first day at the gym. Hopefully we will see this weight number go down!

OK, so went for sushi last night double dating with my gym partner (good friend) and her husband.
My friend and I both agree....OMG NEVER AGAIN..The guys with their crazy fast metabolism ordered and ordered and we both overate..and this morning still felt full to nauseated.
Last night, I must have slept wrong because I am having muscle spasms on my left hip and side. I took two naproxen and stretched. Walking reduces pain.
Went to the gym this morning and still managed to do a good cardio work out but now that I am sitting, when I get up, I am going to be in pain :P
Going to go light on food today as I am still full from yesterday's meal. Dinner is Shepard's Pie which will be higher in calorie anyway.

Tea time! Not counting major calories today because I am going out to dinner with the Hubby. But I did think my tea time treat was cute :) Half Cucumber sandwich, crusts off and two biscuits. Not horrible calorie-wise.
*edit..apparently having trouble uploading pictures..but it is a very cute plate :)
