Is it okay to work out when you're sick?
Thanks everyone. I took today off and enjoyed movies on the couch! If I feel any better tomorrow then I'll give it a shot! Thanks for the advice!

Is it okay to work out when you're sick?
I've been sick for the past 3 days... I went for a run yesterday anyways but when I woke up this morning I felt even worse...
I've been workin out everyday and I don't want to skip my workout but I think it might be making me sicker... but when I don't work out I feel like a bag of poo. and the weight was just starting to come off.
What should I do?

What was the 'lightbulb moment' that made you realize you needed to lose weight?
Well... my story isn't very inspirational like everyone elses! Great job everybody by the way!!
Growing up my family never had a lot of money... so when I got a good paying job I decided I would spoil myself. I bought the most expensive jeans I've ever bought and they are beautiful!
Needless to say I gained weight and I can't even get them over my butt! I still hold on to those jeans because I'm determined to fit them... I got rid of all my other clothes but ive recently hung those jeans up on my wall as a reminder every morning. I WILL FIT YOU! lol. not the best story. but its my story
