These Special K protein shakes in milk chocolate really give you the energy for breakfast to workout. Unfortunately, this week I have hit a plateau and my weight has been steady (despite walking 7 miles yesterday) and I will be so glad when it breaks! I guess I'm holding on to water because I haven't cheated. I think next time I will get some Slim Fast drinks that have potassium in them to get rid of some of this water weight. On November 5 it will be 4 months since I've been on a diet! I never thought I could make it this far and much less be under 150 lbs. but it has happened! Now I weigh less than I did when I was 19 :D I will be thrilled to get to 140 and then work my weigh down with only 20 pounds to go. Right now, I have 23 but hopefully I'll get there.

Dunno what's going on, yesterday I got on the scales and was up two pounds even though I've been following my diet faithfully and exercising :/ Well today, I exercised in the gym, doing 70 minutes on the stairclimber, 10 minutes on bicycle and 20 minutes weightlifting. Enjoyable listening to Katy Perry, lol.

I've only lost 27 pounds in a little over 3 months and was hoping for an even 30!! And I've only lost about 1 pound this week :/ I think I hit some kind of plateau. At least I walked my 5 and a half miles today. Tomorrow is weight lifting day and I actually think I like aerobics better now! I think I will start walking in the gym instead of outside,I'm tired of walking outside and being chased by bees, dogs and other weird flying insects, lol. Toodles!!!

Tomorrow will be 3 months since I've started my weight loss program! I cannot believe it! This is the longest I've ever been on a diet. My birthday is coming up on the 8th and I am not going to pig-out, I probably won't even have one slice of cake. I can feel it, only 25 more pounds to go! I hope to reach it by 3 the end of December or beginning of January if I work really hard. Until then, just got to go walk off the pounds and wait day by day.

Only 4 days til I've been on a diet for 2 months! This is the longest I've ever gone, beating my old record of one month. The latest challenge I've joined is to lose 10 pounds in 30 days which is going to be a challenge for sure. I average about 2 pounds per week which would put me about 2 pounds shy. But I guess it would be close enough. One week I will have to lose 3 pounds. I've been dieting for almost 2 months now and my metabolism has probably slowed down so this will be tough. I'll have to do another 6 miler sometime this week, maybe tomorrow if I can sleep tonight!
