Ate 2 cookies last night and I hate myself. I do not like where my brain is right now. I'm back to being the skinny teenager that was shamed for wanting dessert when we went out to eat. I was never overweight as a kid but my parents did so much damage to me.
My healthy response this morning was to get up and go to the gym even though I had a million reasons not to do it. Back to doing C25K. Finished W2D2. Proud of myself for channeling that self loathing.
Now off to salon to get blonder! 💇♀️

A little gift from my husband. I have missed wearing my diamonds, but my wedding set just slides off my fingers now and I'm not ready to resize. So he bought me this set to enjoy while I work to get to my goal weight!
