Weight loss is stalled. I think I am not eating enough but I'm not tracking and it's hard to tell. Been pretty dedicated to the gym. Working on Couch to 5k.
But my clothes are getting bigger and bigger. I just bought a whole bunch of size 00 stuff at Torrid and it all fits... but I don't know where to shop once they are too big.
My biggest problem at this point is my belly. A tummy tuck is on my radar, and I think insurance may pay at least some due to rashes. There's probably a good 10-15 pounds of loose skin. 😳
So the numbers aren't changing, but the body is. Still a win.

Ate 2 cookies last night and I hate myself. I do not like where my brain is right now. I'm back to being the skinny teenager that was shamed for wanting dessert when we went out to eat. I was never overweight as a kid but my parents did so much damage to me.
My healthy response this morning was to get up and go to the gym even though I had a million reasons not to do it. Back to doing C25K. Finished W2D2. Proud of myself for channeling that self loathing.
Now off to salon to get blonder! 💇♀️
