Gained back after losing so much with stomach bug. Then Disney, where I ate and drank what I wanted. (Still no soda! But alcohol, yes.)
Starting to lose again now that I'm home and eating relatively healthy again. Going on a cruise in about 10 days so I'll enjoy myself then and come home to really get back on the wagon. Gym and diet will be my focus for June! I am so ready to get back into a routine. I've been out of it since March when I started with the kidney stones. I'm proud of myself for not gaining weight during this time though!

NSV! At Disney World and I don't have chub rub!!! Walked over 26k steps in 90 degree weather. I'm tired and my feet hurt but not like I was 75 pounds ago. Feeling pretty proud of myself!

After another setback (and another surgery...4 in less than 6 weeks) I am trying to get back on the program! The stones were definitely caused by eating to much protein but the good news is there is medication to fix that. So hopefully I can continue to eat the way I have been. Now I just need to get used to logging again and get back into the gym!

Well, I'm pleased that this is all I've gained. I have eaten everything I want, not exercised, and taken a metric ton of pain medicine. I have another surgery to deal with the stone tomorrow. Hopefully the stent will come out and they won't put another back in. 🤞
I have been so sick. The pain has been unbearable. I haven't taken a shot in 2 weeks. So ready to get back on track.
