GOAL: get rid of pre-diabetic status and lose about 20 lbs.
Been doing KETO the last month or so and having a little success on the scale. Mainly just feel LOTS better.
I am eating the right foods - just too much of them! Working to change that!

Since I am not going to the gym in person, I was excited to find a cool program that 24 Hr Fitness is offering this week. You'll need the 24GO app and Zoom.
It happens October 5 - 11 and there ae special aging classes each day.

Keto - no gall blader
Am wondering if anyone else has had gall bladder removed and is following a keto plan.
I started taking ox bile today - is it effective in breaking down fats?
I am just starting using this site and love the options to track and the community.

fatsecret - awesome sight
Hey - I'm new.
This is my 3rd day using this sight and I love it. So easy to use and full of lots of great ideas but I especially like the support I'm seeing here.
Still learning how to navigate the sight but believe this will be a great tool in achieving my keto goals.
