Last week, I ate less carbs but with more proteins. Took daily fruit smoothies with whey protein powder and I performed 50 sit ups daily to balance both upper and lower body strengths. Loving this progress and I LOVE LIFE !

Day 49 out of 100 for 7.7 km..
There’s no substitute for ‘do what you luv and luv what you do’ > Smell the flowers along the way and Have a stress-free week everyone ! 🌺

Took 1 capsule last night, slept well & woke up fresh. Will continue for the next 15 days and report back.
