How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I only weigh in once a week due to water weight which can make that number go up or down.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh my self once a week or every 2 weeks, what ever I feel like. But up until 4 yrs. ago, I was so tied up in numbers. I use to weight & measure myself once per week since I graduated from High School. Graduated in 1974. I could tell you how much I weighed @ any given week of any given year. Now that I'm in my 60's, I've realized that's all about how you feel.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
Let's face it, we are all differnt. It really doesn't make any difference, just as long as exercise. Let's all learn to listen to our own bodies, and what is right for us, not some one else.

NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE!!! NEW TO SITE!!
Hi Donna,
I also stopped smoking after 35 yrs. & was a pack 1/2 a day.
I gained 53 lbs. But I kept telling my self that it was 53 healthy pounds. Now I'm waking up to reality. I also need a buddy. As of right now I'm doing pilates, weight traing, walking, & the bike. I also bought a video thats called "Slim in Six", it's good. mary
