Hello everyone!
Well I am new here. All has failed and I thought I might give this a try. The fact is we all need support.
I am 25 years old, 6 feet tall. I have recently started a great new job, but switched from standing and being on my feet all day to sitting in front of a computer all day. In the past 6 months I have gained 30 lbs! Ouch!!! On top of that I just went through a breakup with the boyfriend and it is hard for me to stay motivated. Deep inside I do know that the breakup was best for me and I do deserve better but it still hurts.
Anyways, I just signed up for the gym (I can’t lie, it is the fifth gym I had a membership in) Don’t know when I will really fit this in my schedule on days that I work, but I am determine to give this a try!
I have also been smoking for about 10 years now. Gotta give that up to, yes I know. I live in the Dallas, TX area so the hot weather does not help at all. Anyways, a big hello to everyone here!
