The only time I was able to keep up is when I had a real reason to look good. So i'm putting it in my head that I need to look fit b4 halloween especially cuz I have to go to Arizona for a 15year old party gathering. So I must I must I must decrease this mush! Fatsmash phase 1.....day 1 today.....*

Was at the doctors today to get my IUD put in.....whew not as painful as having a child thats for sure. So now my hubby and I can enjoy w/out the worry of a busted condom....okay Like TMI my point.....I was weighed in at 153.8 so i've actually gained weight. I need to start first thing Monday and try to detox or add more exercise. I can't help it we've had ice cream around the house and bday's and sheesh I'm too used to this food to stop. But I need to be strong. I did it once I can do it again. Ya that scale moving up in a matter of 3 months is not good. LETS DO IT LIZ!!!!! UGH*

So if you ask me if I did it....kind of I end up eating well at least 3 times a week. I try to squeeze in exercise as much as possible. Now that my kids are on vacation it probably should be easy for me to get in some much needed exercise outside w/ the kids. Have I tried.....not really. I woke up this morning at 5am when hubby left to work. Was lying down enjoying the silence for about 30 mins. Then got up and decided to do a 20 min ab yoga dvd I have. Then from there went to the on demand channel and found jillians 30 day shred part1....so I think i'm gonna try this for 30 days + trying as best I can to eat right. After all the beer I drank this long weekend I think I need to really push myself. So I can stop bitching about my weight! LOL. Have a great week dolls and keep up your good work!*

A poor diet, lots of stress, no exercise = moodiness, madness and weight gain.....
Hey there my fat secret friends. Its been a year that I haven't logged on, as you can see i've gone back to my start weight, (even gained an extra pound) But my bday is around the corner and i'm thinking it would be nice to actually fit comfortably in my undies and jeans again. So w/out further ado I shall try to start the fatsmash phase 1 and check in w/ everyone. At least once a week. Hope your all doing well. Take care*

Thats what happens when you just give up and let go of all the work you do....Ughhh sooo disappointed in myself, oh well. I am doing phase one today and hopefully I can fit some kind of workout in my day again. I just found that working out in the morning holds me back from getting important stuff done. I've been working on a business from home, if your curious its a jewlery line. Your welcome to check it out on www.myspace.com/ladylisajewlery so i've been trading in the exercise hour to settle the kids down and work on that. I feel like crapola though. THen I think i'm bloated too, been drinking w/ friends alot on the weekends, bbq and stuff like that. I'm gonna try to eat right on the weekday's again. Ahhh lets see if I can do it. I feel good today considering I have done phase 1 today, but I gotta see what happens for dinner. I might give in to phase 2 for dinner. Chicken breast marinated in lemon peppercorn, mustard and beer. Maybe i'll substitute the beer for lime juice. Hope all you girls are doing great*
