Been exercising every single day since December 23rd and I feel great. I finally made a commitment to doing a version of the one punch man challenge because I wanted to jump start working out again. So every day: 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, and 100 squats. (Not doing the 10k run because I truly think I would die XD) The first week or so my body ached so much but I am glad I stuck with it. Pushing through is worth it.
