I am following Will Clowers The Path 8 week program to get on track. It is a Mediterranean clean eating type program. Haven given up sodas. This was easy because I was addicted to Coke Zero and it turns out I have a sucralose intolerance. So the Splenda in the Coke Zeros is why my stomach has been acting up for months. I've been using them to get through my day, having between 1 and 5 a day, which would explain why I feel so much worse on some days. So, the usual low fat or low sugar things are not going to work, as I'm attempting to avoid fake sugars. I have done the Mediterranean thing before, I don't remember if I lost a lot of weight, but I do remember feeling way better and having a lot of energy, which would be helpful with twin toddlers.

Okay, getting rid of all the dieting websites except this one and The Spark. With two toddlers and a vegetarian husband to feed, I'm just gonna have to go my own way. The premise of my diet is to eat healthy lunches, good breakfasts, and make a healthy dinner for my family. Try to limit snacks, and develop go-to meals, snacks and mini-meals that can help me get through the day. Watch my portions. Develop an exercise schedule using walking, DVDs, television work-outs, and my Wii. Try to keep my caloric intake below 1500 a day while making good food choices most of the time.
