I'm a 48 year old woman how's been fitting to lose weight for over 5 years now. With hypothyroidism including an enlarged thyroid it's pretty hard. The medication I take likes to make me gain 6 to 10 pounds a year. Back in 2017 I weighed 200 now in creeping up to 300.
I'm an active person who loves being out doors fishing and camping which are relaxing to me. gardening and lawn care is a quiet moment to me.
I care for 3 elders and work a part-time job.
So a routine for me can be rough.
It's time again for me to figure out how to make my life healthier.
