First week back after vacation and I realize that I eat when I'm stressed. I love my job but it is stressful and I will have to learn how to manage without Hershey's Kisses!!! I only walked for exercise once this week and that has to change, but my pedometer says I walk from 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day so I'm moving. Gotta get back to yoga and do some weight training. Seems daunting right now but I can do it. I keep telling myself it is only 30 minutes of your day!

Day Three: Things are going pretty well considering that I'm on vacation with a bunch of foodies, myself included. Last night we had a gourmet meal including prime rib and loads of wine. Not exactly diet food but I was good...I only ate about 4oz of meat and only tasted the different wines. My downfall was the incredible cheese and jamon serano and the pate. And dessert was unbelievable...something called Don Pedro. Delish!! But, today is another day and tomorrow we head home. I need to come up with an exercise plan that fits my new work schedule. I'll do that on the plane...
