I lost 2.6 lbs in a week...WOO HOO!!! I hope to keep it up. I need to drink more water and exercise more.

I feel good today. I didn't wake up feeling hungy. I guess it must have been the skinny cow ice cream sandwich I had last night. I also did 50 mins of step II...kicked my butt.
I had a small bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup last night. I am proud to say that I recorded the soup and with that, I had 4 points left over.
I have got to plan my meals!! I need to incorporate more fresh fruits and veggies. I have got to do this! I want to do this!

I started WW last Wednesday. This is harder than I thought it would be. First of, my daily target points is 19...19!! What am I supposed to eat??? I din't do very well over the weekend. Saturday night my husband and I went for Thai food...then Chinese food on Sunday. Weekends are going to be the hardest for me. I am okay when I am at work where I have a handle on what to eat, but when I get home...it's not so pretty. I just hope I can do it.
